A visa is required for UK nationals visiting Belarus the cost of which is not included in the above prices, you can download a copy of the application form by clicking here.

It is the travellers responsiblilty to ensure that they have a valid visa for entry in to Belarus.

Visas can be arranged directly through the consulate for a cost of around £19.

Visas can also be arranged through a procurement specialist that includes all handling fees and a visa support letter. Should you prefer to use this method please complete the application form and send all relevant documents (not before 15th July 2008) by recorded post to:

including a cheque for £49 per visa (£19 consular fee, £5 visa support fee & £25 handling fee).


Should you be unsuccessful in obtaining a match ticket you can claim a full refund on your day trip. We will require you to provide a copy of your FA rejection letter within 10 days of the ballot for us to process your refund, any cancellations received after this date will be subject to our normal terms and conditions.

Travellers should either be in possession of a match ticket or have documentation stating that an official match ticket will be collected at the venue.
